A small town’s population dwindles to dangerously low levels when the residents unknowingly become guinea pigs in an unethical science experiment designed to test the effect of electromagnetic frequencies on the human brain. Michael Ray Reed, Becky Niccum, Linda McCormick, Keelan Rushing, Amy Paliganoff and J.J. Huckin co-star in this eerie blend of science fiction and horror, a film directed by Tyler Tharpe.
